You need not wonder
what to say,
whether eloquent or
in your own way,
Be of open heart
and mind –
let Love speak
through you.
There is Truth
to be told,
experiences of spirit
can be soft or bold,
your soul assists with
what you share –
let Love speak
through you.
Tune into This
vibration dear,
your Higher Self and
guides are near,
in harmony always
You Are –
as Love delights
to speak
through you!

When chaos reigns
you are reminded,
Peace is elusive
in this life,
be it up and down,
or right and left,
is the world’s spectrum
too big to light?
Dear ones,
to bring Light to
the world
is to Be One Light
within your heart,
your human emotions
may run rampant,
be gentle with you –
a great place to start.
Be nourished by
the trees,
marvel at a flower
about to bloom,
allow all feelings
to flow through you,
your human vessel
sometimes needs
more room.
When you are ready
to take a breath,
Love’s steady presence
invites you to Be,
you need not come up
with any answers,
simply Be One powerful
Presence of Peace.
These ripples flow
even if so gently,
what does your heart
have to say,
cut through the static
of a noisy world,
Be a tuning fork
for Peace today.

Return your focus
to Love now,
this eternal Force
flows through you,
your attention gets
snagged by this life,
re-direction is what
you can do.
Live life fully and
be all in,
use what comes up
to go deep,
your sweet return
to You as Love
in this incarnation
may feel like a leap.
Take this Leap of Faith,
believe in You,
as the journey unfolds
be in wonder and know,
be present with each step
that you take,
walking hand in hand –
you and your soul!

Go with the flow
with your unfolding,
you may ask what
does this mean,
should you not try
harder in your efforts,
should you not figure
out everything.
There can be flow
in analytical thoughts,
but inspiration comes
from another place,
do not confine yourself
to your brain thinking,
possibilities arise beyond
time and space.
The soul delights when
you embrace its wonder,
Be more curious than
in planning mode,
allow your breath to
take you higher,
flow with This as you
and day unfolds!

Follow the nudges
where they lead,
you may be amazed at
where you go,
a path not seen
in its entirety
is one you take
before you know.
Keep following
breadcrumbs,
even when you think
that you have now
arrived,
a journey traveled
continues on,
keep following
your guiding Light.
The earthly life
with time unfolding,
provides experiences
with linear flow,
set sail with winds
of change encouraging,
steer with the purpose
of your soul!

trust to believe,
it matters not
the order here,
the human mind
wishes for both,
but your soul’s knowing
is always Here.
When life is hard
it is hard to trust,
but put not the cart
before the horse,
meet Love beyond
all space and time,
Love dwells in You –
an eternal Force.
Life promotes so
much doing,
breathe into soul’s
timelessness,
Here You Are,
believe in This,
in This Knowing is
where Peace rests!

does not time
stand still,
the linear world
can slip away,
as you focus on
This present,
All of You
comes into play.
Your breath connects
to All of You,
indulge your senses,
your body talks,
your soul,
your essence says
All is Well,
even as your mind
tries to connect
all dots.
Return to present,
Here is your Home,
listen to the still,
small voice within,
the peace you seek
in life can vary,
but within your soul
is where Peace begins!

For forward motion,
sense your desires,
feel the movement
begin to flow,
you need not have
all of the answers,
have Faith and Trust
until you know.
Winds may shift
as you set sail,
adjust as needed
to stay upright,
sometimes you need
to change direction,
or you may need
to increase your
Light.
This ebb and flow,
this give and take,
might be baby steps
or leaps and bounds,
your life’s course
is yours unique,
you are never lost
with Love always
around!

the details that
fill your mind
in life,
take a beat,
a moment of stillness,
breathe in deeply,
notice your Light.
In This Pause
is You as Peace,
Here is Love filling
in all cracks,
Here is You
whole and complete,
there is no-thing
that you lack.
Take a moment
in This Presence,
This is You –
remember dear,
when you need
clarity and focus,
a peaceful pause
returns you always

Breathe in deep
to reset and realign
as you begin your
day,
sometimes you need
to start again to clear
a more congruent
way.
As the keeper of
your energy,
you have tools to
help you out,
remnants of a dream
or feeling sideways
in life can toss you
about.
You need not fix
all that surrounds
you,
but you can bring
your best Self
there,
invite the Peace
of your soul
to accompany you
always,
anywhere!
