Experiencing You

Rise up with what 
feeds your soul,
in life you may 
wear many hats,
with a list and 
time-clock ticking,
you may feel hard-pressed
to finish this or that.

The present moment 
is experiential,
time stands still when
you are engaged,
with any task or 
interaction,
you and your soul
show up in many
ways.

Make time,
make space for 
your creation,
the Whole of You 
wishes to express,
Be-ing your best self 
helps all around you,
your passion and purpose
flow out to the rest.

Aligning to your 
intuition,
brings clarity to what 
you see,
trust yourself,
believe in you,
no matter the hat
you wear – 
flow with Grace 
and ease!

Be the Love you 
know you are,
Be This every moment
toward you,
Love your self – 
this child within 
wants to know Love 
is for them too.

Past wounds heal 
from This release,
Love’s energy knows
what to do,
allow emotion to 
come up
so Love can surround
all parts of you.

You are the yin 
and the yang,
and these together 
make up the Whole,
This Circle is never-ending,
infinite, eternal 
is You as soul. 

Be rooted as majestic
tree,
your branches reach 
for the stars,
You Are All of This
and All between,
Be Strength,
Be empowered 
by the Love 
You Are!

Your Loving Awareness

Be you lifted by
angel wings,
yes the angels 
do hear you,
the ego tries to 
block this out,
but Source,
yes Love,
forever flows
through.

Soak up This 
comfort,
remember your 
Strength,
you have never 
left your Home,
yes life at times 
may feel lonely,
but dear –
you are never 
ever alone.

Call on the angels,
loved ones, guides,
but you begin
by saying yes,
your intention 
opens you up,
live now from 
your heart,
Love’s awareness!

Completely, Love

Who does ego 
beat up within,
passing judgment
on this foe,
may this fight 
now be over,
ask for assistance
from your soul.

The human mind is 
quick to blame,
fingers point out 
but also within,
it matters not where 
you start this journey,
lessen the judgment,
Be Love again.

You cannot change 
what is outside you,
energy is lost when 
this you choose,
wrap yourself in 
loving kindness,
question beliefs here
with Love infused.

Here is where 
true healing is,
it may feel like 
a  lot of work 
to do,
simplify this whole
endeavor –
Love completely this 
imperfect you!

From Your Heart

Sing from your heart,
is This not how Love
speaks through you –
share your gifts,
use your Voice,
let Love inform all 
that you do.

Be it decisions,
where to turn,
or simply an exchange 
with someone new,
flow from your heart
in This groove,
This expression of Love 
is uniquely you.

Love believes in you
dear one,
your soul and you 
are a perfect Team,
trust that Love has 
your back,
now with no burdens,
You Are free!

Be Here,
angels and loved ones
are so near.

Be as still as 
a morning fresh,
let Love take care 
of all the rest.

Sense your fullness 
as now-lush trees
stand tall with branches
of shading leaves.

As spring continues
its expansive growth,
are you not like the
flowers opening to 
unfold.

Be You This 
in any moment 
now,
allowing Love to 
take care of the
how.

Here is your Peace
not far away,
Be present,
Be Here,
Be Love today!

Aligned and Steady

When things go well
you may then wonder,
what is next that 
then may fail,
this is ego thinking that
what has worked before
may not go so well.

Sweet Peace is beyond 
this movement,
yes life has its 
ebbs and flows,
but aways humming,
aligned and steady 
is the vibration of 
your soul.

Spend time Here 
as it is timeless,
let go of worry 
and ego’s doubt,
Be in presence 
with your soul –
soaking up Love 
inside and out!

 

This Is You

Stand in your Light,
breathe Love in,
This is You remembering
to Be.

In This precious
moment now,
Love is Here with you,
eternally.

You Are This,
This Is You,
this is hard to grasp
in the human mind.

Expand beyond 
your body, dear,
Here You exist 
beyond space 
and time.

Yes integrate as
best you can,
but you need not know
every answer, dear.

Stand in your Light,
breathe Love in,
You Are whole and
complete –
This You, 
right Here.

A Sacred Connection

Listen, feel,
sense, know,
Love is Here 
with you.

Refresh, receive,
Be reassured,
Love flows in 
everything you 
do.

Expand awareness,
pick up on answers,
insights and inspiration
too.

All of Love is 
Here within,
shift and then 
dance with what
comes through.

This is not magic,
life will unfold 
in sometimes 
unpredictable ways.

But count on Love – 
this sacred connection
is a bond eternal,
forever and always!

To Ego, With Love

Ego has thoughts 
and beliefs that seem
to grow stronger when
you really look,
this part of you 
digs in more deeply
when it thinks you 
with it are through.

It is so hard to change
ego’s mind,
but this mind is not 
the only one,
You of One Mind
are always present,
even when you think
ego has won.

Make this shift,
it may be subtle,
loosen the grip that 
ego has,
you need not defend
or talk the ego 
into something it 
cannot comprehend.

This natural state of Be-ing
from ego’s perspective 
may feel quite 
strange,
Here is where your 
True Self is – 
integrating with ego 
throughout the day.

When you feel judgment 
and constriction,
might it be your ego
acting out,
Love this part of you 
unconditionally – 
This is what Love 
is all about.

You need not tell 
your ego
how to think or do
or feel,
make a shift to your 
soul’s perspective,
This Is You –
authentic and Real!
