in to ground,

in the stillness
Here is Peace,
be held in Love’s womb
with care.
Return Here throughout
the day,
life is such a
merry-go-round,
take control of your
on and off,
ask your angels to

Breathe in deep –
follow Love’s breath,
You Are breathed
with Love so True,
Here is Home when
you need it most –
Love is Here always
with you!

there is a dance
to nearly everything
you do.
You break down tasks,
but don’t overlook
the flow that naturally
occurs in you.
You can zoom in
on every detail,
but your intuition
loves to zoom out.
In This Field is
All of creation,
let go of mind wondering
what it’s all about.
All of This is at
your fingertips,
but it is a dance
not a syllabus.
Find your rhythm,
move to This Flow,
Love says let’s glide
through All of This!

Fear often hides using
many masks,
ego wishes to keep fear
from your view,
you have released many
forms of fear,
but it can still sneak up –
sometimes surprising you.
You need not always
find its source,
but you know its icky
feeling well,
when you feel small,
defensive, unprotected,
is this not fear’s
insidious tell?
Love All your parts that
rise to the surface,
see with the Eyes of
your Soul,
fear uses perceived outcomes
as its weapons,
observe these expectations
and let them go.
You need not push fear
out of sight,
it is a great informer of
what is ready to go,
old programs running may
need an update,
reboot with Love and
step into flow!

at the past
and see All that
you have learned,
but is much of this
not remembrance,
already Here –
not what has been
earned.
Replace learning with
remembering,
you already are
so very wise,
in life you think you
may need more study,
but as Soul simply
shine your Light.
Peace arises in between
timed intervals,
but eternal Peace is
Everywhere,
when you transcend time
of the mind,
You Are This Peace
with every breath
of air.
Be This Now Moment,
yes Here You Are –
This is a perfect place
to Be,
expand to your eternal
natural Self –
infinitely present,
at Home and free!

show up in All moments

build your trust in
This Present You,
who does their best
figuring out the how.

to tap into the innate
Power of your Soul,
Here and Now is your
Timeless Presence,
connect with This
to trust and know!

all of its bluster,
there is a stillness
calm and clear,
notice with centered
intention,
Peace within is
always Here.

you need not look

Peace is beyond any
words or feeling,
it is as formless as
a breath of air.
Peace is a state of
stateless Be-ing,
turn away from ego
to Be Peace Here,
the Peace that passes
all understanding
is innately You –
so cherished and dear.
You crave peace in life
to be balanced and calm,
but This Peace is Home
to your Natural Self,
return to Heart,
