Move through fear
and trepidation,
you need not hide
these under wraps,
fear is part of the
human experience,
denying this may make
you feel trapped.

Call back any power
you have given away,
walk calmly through
what comes at you,
your own thoughts
and created stories
often add drama to
what you do.

Within you is
Love’s reassurance,
in every breath
Here is your Peace,
coming Home to Love
takes but a second,
reminding you –
Here is Grace and ease!
