some overwhelm,
with linear time
you jump ahead,
but return to present –
Here is your help.
You need not solve
everything yourself,
this is a burden you
need not bear,
give yourself space
to let your intuition
and guidance flow
everywhere.
Asking for help
allows an opening
for you to be
in Love’s flow,
Here is where solutions
are found,
dropping in so
you will trust
and know!

When days are short with
darkness surrounding,
light your spark,
turn up your Light,
you need not solve
any world problems,
simply Be a Beacon
in the day or night.
When you catch yourself
holding your breath,
fall back into Love’s
relaxed flow,
Love is Here in
your heart beating,
Here is your Strength,
the Courage of your
soul.
As you connect
with Source,
with Love,
you awaken to
the magic of One,
You Are the trees
that stand before
you,
You Are the Light
of the rising sun.
There is no-thing
that can dim
This Light,
shine with the
hope and wonder
of the stars,
You Are All seasons
cycling through life,
forever shining
as the Love
You Are!

You need not look
too far to find it,
Love is within,
Love is without,
a grand gesture,
a simple moment,
and always –
Here is Love.
Love’s vibration
animates all things,
your perception
gives life too,
Love is Everywhere
that You Are,
and always –
Here is Love.
Love is in every
emotion,
your human-ness
exists in the All,
Be You present
in This moment,
and always –
Here is Love.
A cup of tea,
a smile with
friends,
there are myriad ways
to welcome Home,
Love is in the
Everything,
and always –
Here is Love.

can feel raw,
life can deal out
quite a lot,
but You as Soul
know this Truth –
Love is Here
in All you do.
Things might get messy
and feel out of place,
you need not put
on a happy face,
in your search
for answers dear,
remember what you know –
forever Here.
Judge you not for
life’s ups and downs,
do not let “shoulds”
twist things around,
re-align when thrown
off-center,
your heart, your essence
is always Home.
Find your breath,
Here is your Peace,
your steadiness
is where to find
ease,
Grace is Here
as Love fills
you up,
You Are a miracle
of Love!

It may be hard
to see a bigger
picture,
details at hand
often distract,
you as human tend
to look so closely,
you as soul
know when to
step back.
Might there be
a greater purpose
forming,
though the road
may look bumpy
and rough,
You Are Here
at these crossroads
dear one,
call on your Courage
if the going gets
tough.
You are steel and
cotton combined,
this is the way of
your inner chi,
you have a heart
that listens with
compassion,
you have Strength
when power is
what you need.
Be true to Self
even when you
are unsure
of what next steps
you need to take,
Be a spiritual warrior
for Love,
Be-ing the best human
in choices that
you make!

Take good care
of your self,
in the ebb and flow
of life,
anger, frustration,
the fog of grief
can do much
to dim your
Light.
But do not leave
strong emotions
behind,
when they arise
sit with them dear,
bring these shadows
to the Light
so you may see with
vision clear.
Life is an exploration,
a journey,
some days move forward,
sometimes they pause,
bring your self comfort,
Be Here fully,
Love walks with you
throughout it all!

present moment,
what from the past
sneaks up behind,
what is monitoring
the future,
working to control
so you can be fine.
The world is upside-down,
this is its function
and its role,
working from your
inside-out
is a worthy path
for you and your
soul.
Be the Best You
you can be,
with your uniqueness
fully intact,
your soul experiences
this All,
one part of the Whole
embracing this or that.
Take each day as a
new creation,
let go of old beliefs that
think you “should,”
say yes to your heart
that longs to be free
of “oh I wish I could.”
Be the wish you
ask for often,
Be You Now
as only you can,
the world needs
your Voice,
your inspiration,
stand tall
and state –
I Am!

Have faith,
believe,
trust and know –
your loved ones
are with you
wherever you go.
Your life is a journey
that is shared
by All,
no matter where
you travel,
loved ones still
will call.
They visit your
dreams,
in your heart you
know this,
special moments
and milestones
they would never
miss.
But it is in the
small moments,
when you least
expect,
do you not sense
their Presence
as close as your
breath?
It is very difficult,
as human you miss
them most,
but know always
dear one,
they love to
be close.
Forever bonds that
are formed,
will never dissolve
or break,
souls honor their
promises
that are lovingly
made.
Continue your journey
that unfolds day
by day,
with the knowing
that Love walks
beside you,
always!

Be Love’s Strength,
Be amazed,
may This open doors
for you,
as you expand beyond
your thinking,
is Love not Here
flowing through?
Things may look different
with fresh new eyes,
resist the urge to
plan it all,
each day, each moment
is a new slate
to fill in experiencing
Love’s call.
You Are how Love
is experiential,
so many different paths
to choose,
do not worry about
the destination,
focus on walking
in Love’s shoes.
Do not think you are
a puppet,
you as human join
with your soul,
integration is where
the magic is,
what might you
now behold?
Life is not meant to
be easy,
but simple Truth
surely is,
Be Love’s Strength,
Be amazed,
what might You
as Love do
with This?

your power flows,
helping you to
rise again.
No matter what life

behold your Strength
and your resolve,
as you look for
a clearer path,
stoke up your Light
when darkness falls.

of “us or them,”
this is how life
unfolds,
and beyond the notion
of right or wrong
is your Truth –
asking You
to Be bold.
This is not a call
to bury your head,
this is a call
to lead with
your Heart,
stand up for what
you believe in,
sense where energy
is ready to soar.
Dive into
Here I Am,
with new resolve
see where This
takes you love,
free of the chains
that life uses to
