Behold flowers that bloom
be it storms or drought,
they find a way to Be,
their innate perseverance 
is a magnificent Strength,
may you Be 
This Strength 
of Love.

A new-born fawn 
struggles mightily 
to stand,
but once it finds
its feet,
it expresses Joy 
as it runs and leaps,
may you Be 
This Joy 
of Love.

A caterpillar eats and
finds its home,
though it will not 
stay for long,
with Humility it grows
its magical wings,
Be Humility 
in your growth
with Love.

A lake serene,
an ecosystem alive,
does not swan glide 
in graceful Peace,
no matter the tumult,
return to This – 
You Are 
the Peace
of Love.

Your Team,
your guides,
the angels

wherever you go.

Dear loved ones 
support, encourage,
believing in you 
and what you know.

Sense the Love 
as your soul rejoicing
in what you wholly 
are made of.

Your purpose is 
you discovering,
the answer,
the Truth

resist the urge 
to ask why or how,
delight in wonder,
say yes to This –

Set your intention
then let it go,
You Are All of This,
with ease you flow,
you need not struggle,
turn work to play – 
Being This Love,

No matter what swirls 
all around you,
your Center of Peace 
is always Here,
Be not a visitor to 
This place,
Be This always 
to anchor, dear.

Move aside what 
tends to block 
your view,
your Vision helps
you to see,
there is less noise
when you tune into 
your naturally aligned
frequency. 

You sense This Peace 
beyond your mind,
your breath invites you
to let go,
This is your natural 
State of Be-ing,
experience life from

Dear child,
keep letting go,
does Love not know
how and what to 
release,
you need not analyze 
it all,
simple say yes 
to being free.

You may have more 
experiences
that bring things 
up for you,
when old programming 
lights up within,
this is your surrender
cue.

Simply open up and 
with intention,
release what you do 
not need,
Be brave and dig 
down deeper,
releasing all attachments
to these beliefs.

Practice on new experiences,
with a newer you 
that knows,
you are not pinged 
by the external,
the work is within,
realigning to flow.

Take a periodic 
check-in 
with your breath,
returning to Truth,
Here Love Is 
always within,
say hello this 
fresh new you!

is the first step

As human you sense 
when constriction comes
knocking on your door,
ego kicks in

Problems will get solved

it is hard to release,
let go,

to be at your best –

things done,

your path

Life can present 
rocky roads,
ego as friction
roughs you up,
do not fret as 
you are human,
but know Love smooths
your path to Peace.

Lines get drawn –
you may not notice
until you are 
in defense mode,
ego looks for 
confrontation,
let Love smooth
your path to Peace.

When you feel separate
seeking protection,
check your perspective,
what is your view –
breathe in surrender
to your True Knowing,
as Love smooths 
your path to Peace.

Let your discomfort
be your awareness
to re-align with 
Grace and ease,
in your breath 
is your return,
as Love smooths
