Here is Peace when
strong winds blow,
This is You grounded
and strong,
yes in life fear
and worry reside,
but your True Self is
where Peace belongs.
Know that ego is
a lens in life,
but You have Eyes
that with clarity see,
yes be engaged in
a world on fire,
but also Be the
water that you seek.
Hold onto one another’s
hands,
link arm in arm to
reassure and breathe,
with your innate Strength
resolve to see Truth,
grounded in Love
Here is always Peace!

Here is Peace.
There is respite
in your breath,
when topsy-turvy
is life’s norm,
turn your attention
to This Calm –
in Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.
Find Love’s Truth –
it will rise and
sparkle,
You Are innately
tuned to This,
shine your Light upon
what is in your heart,
in Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.
When another speaks
This Truth,
voices rise and speak
as One,
sense your Strength
as you center and
pace yourself,
In Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace.
Love arises without
conditions,
This cannot be
expelled or lost,
tune into your
full heart beating
Truth –
as Love’s stillness,
Here is Peace!

Listen to the steady
rhythms of your
heart and breath
at rest,
return Here to
your Peace
when life is full
of human-ness.
The world may throw
out many things
to see what may
ultimately stick,
humanity is a pendulum,
rising on one side
until another clicks.
Heed your internal
call to Love,
it may be a respite
or a call to act,
know completely
you are supported,
in your wholeness
you remain intact.
From your center
aligned and balanced,
yes participate in
the world,
as life’s sands blow
all around you,
shine your Light –
Love’s precious pearl!

you are.
You may wish
for future gifts
or you may long
for moments past,
yes all of this
makes you human,
but Be you –
right where
you are.
You create in
every moment,
Here is the perfect
place to Be,
let the day unfold
as it will
and Be you
right where
you are.
Be Love’s journey
in time and space,
you are the perfect
you for This,
allowing time to
disappear
is Be-ing you
right where
you are.
Notice what drops
into consciousness,
your soul loves to
flow with you,
may this integration
Be your Now,
This is You
right where
you are.
Is This not the
Gift of Love,
to know
You Are Here
always,
Be curious,
Be in wonder
and Be You
right where
You Are!

You belong.
There is a longing
that is ancient
in the human
journey here,
no matter where
you roam upon
the earth –
beloved,
you belong.
You may have years
in one community
or have found a
brand new home,
even when displaced
by disaster –
dearest one,
you belong.
Love is your Home
no matter if you end
your day with others
or alone,
Love is breathing you,
adoring you, dear child –
you belong.
You Are a Light
to fellow Lights,
you are honored your
whole life through,
as you are grounded
to the earth and sky,
to Everything,
you belong!

Wherever you may be,
you are always Home.
May you sense
your belonging,
wherever you may
roam,
wherever you may be,
you are always Home.
It may be your
place of shelter
or trail in nature
you walk alone,
wherever you may be,
You Are always Home.
You belong to the
Love You Are,
settle in to this moment
and rest your bones,
Be-ing You is the
place to Be –
forever and always
Home.
Circumstances can change
in an instant,
but You Are constant –
This You as soul,
Everywhere is where
You Are –
completely, wholly,
forever Home!

Love’s magic,
surrender to This
State of Be-ing,
you may fret
about the details,
but Love is expansive,
vast and freeing.
You need not bear
all of the burdens
that may get stirred
up in this life,
Here is your Peace and
your True Vision,
at all times within
Love’s Light.
Ego grabs onto
your mind,
but as You Are
more than what
you think,
summon All the Light
You Are –
with Love you
can do anything!

for the stillness
that You Are
within your core.
This Presence
is so peaceful,
that your wish
is to feel it
more.
You need not build
your awareness,
might you fall back
into its arms.
This is not a state
that you go to –
This Is the You
That You Are.
Be okay with
this stillness,
in linear terms
Be in This space.
You Are One
in the stillness,
holy peaceful,
beloved Grace.

when nerves are
jangled,
reset, release
to rejunvenate,
at your center is
your knowing,
return Here –
you need not
wait.
Peace may be hard
to find in this world,
but You Are more than
what you see,
your breath brings life
to this incarnation,
but the energy You Are
is Eternity.
Draw Strength and Courage
from This Infinite Source
when the world appears
to be fraught with fear,
breathe in Peace,
may your breath remind
that Love is forever
and always Here!

Ego is tuned to
worry and dread,
is this not fear
of the unknown,
often thoughts of future
can cause distress,
ego wants to know
so it can control.
But does not control
take energy away
from where your Strength
naturally is,
as you cannot control
all things in life,
might you place your
focus on now,
on This.
Return to breath –
breathe in,
breathe out,
This simple Truth
returns you to
Home,
with Humility,
know You Are This,
in Gratitude,
know You Are loved
so.
May you Be One
with each step
you take,
your path is holy
and sacred too,
you need not wait
for a future goal –
All the Love you seek
is Here as You!
