Be a clear instrument 
for Love to flow,
trust and believe
what you innately
know,
ego jumps in to always
fix and do,
You as soul knows 
there is a greater Truth.

Ask to see things 
in a different way,
what does intuition 
have to say,
what comes from fear
or old patterned doubt,
is this not a chance 
to turn things around?

Be Here in the presence 
of You as Love,
Here you are connected –
below as above,
you need not travel far
for This to see,
You Are This Truth,
One with Love
and free!

No Rush

It can be hard to trust
what life brings forward,
but where do you 
place this trust,
you have All you need
within you,
let timing Be –
there is no rush.

Patience is a worldly 
construct,
you may find waiting 
is a game,
but unfoldment has 
many layers,
your soul may not 
see things the same.

Listen to your inner
Voice,
but silence also provides
a clue,
Be as One in moments 
timeless,
Trust in This 
eternal You!

A Tender Gift

be a gift,
what might your 
soul say to you – 
I Am Here
precious one,
no matter what you
may be going through.

Some days glide easy,
some days are hard,
life shows up in many
different ways,
you can always count
on Love,
flowing as your center,
forever, always.

Love is You in 
every moment,
believe as Love shares
with you This – 
Love flows deeply 
in you dear one,
Be You wholly
Love’s tender gift.

in any moment,
your soul is Here 
always with you,
any friction you you feel 
is from your ego,
who may think you need 
something to contrast to.

Here does ease and Grace
reside,
yet your human story 
may not want to give up
the familiar struggle,
earning peace,
though Peace is always what
You Are made of.

Be One with Love 
in this now moment,
with awareness know 
this Authentic You –
Peace,
Love, 
and Grace
are with you,
always,
quiet the chatter,
know This Truth 
of You!

Acceptance

what wishes to 
be heard,
honor all emotions
gathering,
so Love may 
witness unspoken
words.

In your mind 
you need not 
figure out
all questions you
may have,
Love accepts,
allows and 
nurtures,
Love is beyond 
all good or 
bad.

Love creates space 
for exploration,
in this world 
you experience,
now look with Love
beyond your 
judgments,
set yourself free 
so you may 
dance!

Dance with Love’s
blessed forgiveness,
may this flow bring 
Grace and ease,
Love holds out its hand,
accept it,
hand to heart,
Here is Love’s 
Peace!

breathe deep,
Be awashed 
in Gratitude.

Open your heart 
and look around,
what blessings come 
to nourish you.

What you give 
you do receive,
Be part of Love’s
infinite flow.

You Are needed,
cherished, adored,
may you believe,
trust and know.

As a drop of 
springtime rain
belongs to the ocean
vast and wide. . . 

You Are Home
to All That Is –
All of Love 
is Here,
inside!

Keep releasing 
what comes up
that often works 
to hold you down,
this may feel like
being stuck,
though you know
innately Love is
all around.

The human psyche 
is so strong,
how do you separate 
from that,
dear one – there is 
no separation,
might you Love it All,
not only this or that.

As You bring you 
into the fold,
this is how Unity 
is achieved,
Be You Oneness,
soul and body,
Here You Are 
at Peace and free!

of the mind,
step into 
This Moment
now.

Create space 
away from 
ego’s need 
to know the 
why or how.

Here is your
Peace,
where Grace 
meets flow,
from This Space
may you trust.

Allow answers 
to come in their 
own time,
as you release 
have-to and 
must.

When you feel closed
open your heart
and behold –
Here is your
Light.

Here Peace returns,
it has never left,
Love has been Here
All the time!

stir you up,
or unpredictability 
sets you on edge,
remember control 
is but a myth,
but You as Spirit 
are divinely led.

Your foundation extends
beyond your sight,
you are deeply rooted 
to steady yourself,
life will unfold 
in myriad ways,
soul reminds gently –
All is Well.

Shift to This Presence,
This Is You,
Here Peace invites you
to let go,
release the struggle
you think you need,
inspiration abounds 
in this flow!

This Moment of Peace

Here is Peace 
where you least 
expect it,
is This not the 
perfect place,
expectations set aside
make room for what
may unfold today.

Be Peace now,
begin with breath,
join with the angels,
loved ones, guides,
the earthly world 
may not have the
answers,
but Peace can help 
smooth out the ride.

Be as One with 
every raindrop,
celebrate sun upon
your face,
as your soul connects 
to All That Is,
Be Love’s Peace,
This moment,
always!
