Be flexible.
Think outside of
the box,
better yet place
thinking aside,
tune into your
intuition,
where your soul
patiently resides.
Play with possibility,
you can still plan but
open this up,
let go of old
familiar patterns,
step into flow and
out of your rut.
Be exited for new
adventures,
even if you don’t know
what they are,
This energy will
propel you forward,
the way illuminated
by the stars.
Be you grounded upon
Love’s foundation,
Be you Peace as Love
flows through,
in This present moment,
dear one,
All of This is
Wholly You!

mean to you –
this may change
throughout your
life,
might you dive deep
to your Source
and discover Trust
is Here – your Light.
There are myriad times
in life when trust
has appeared to
let you down,
but might these instances
help you to go within
instead of all around.
Instead of trusting
outcomes wished for,
might you align with
your Strength and Peace,
Here is where Trust
plays with Gratitude,
This is All
that you need!

Love says hand
your burdens over,
Be at Peace held
in Love’s arms,
allow each moment
to unfold,
Be Here,
Be present,
safe from harm.
This Perspective
is your soul that
sings with angels
and guides you,
yes as a place of duality,
life can be challenging
to navigate through.
This Peace is but a
breath away,
ready to listen,
nurture, heal,
life is not meant
to be perfect,
but You as Spirit
is what is Real.
Be You balanced,
empowered, strong,
embrace Gratitude
to raise you up,
say yes to the angels
singing –
You Are Loved,
complete,
enough!

Life can get heavy,
is it not a chaotic
swirl of humanity
that is searching
hard,
in a world of duality,
it is easy to forget
Who You All Are.
From the perspective
of the ego,
survival is the
bottom line,
rise above to
You as Soul –
Here is where you
expand and thrive.
Welcome ego to
share its fears,
these have been with you
since your youth,
now with awareness
of You expanded,
your soul as Love
can comfort and soothe.
You need not solve
all the world’s problems,
center and anchor with
This Truth –
as you honor and
release your fears,
Love’s Light illuminates
the Whole of You!

Your human self
is very personal,
it is easy to take
all things to heart,
bolstered by many
core beliefs,
some things that happen
feel like your fault.
Defenses rise and
frustrations grow,
the shoulds and
have to(s) come out
to personalize,
as life unfolds what
battles do you pick,
might Peace remain
as you let go of why.
Yes do continue to
solve and work
things out,
but as you loosen
the personalizing grip,
invite Peace and ease
to bring clarity,
with newfound Strength,
experience All of This!

Love.
Love weaves
the very fabric
that You Are
made of.
In This Moment,
Here You Are,
release the burdens
that no longer fit.
As a Creator,
be in wonder
that You Are
wholly All
of This.

moon glow,
greet the sun,
your Light shines
forever bright.
Believe to receive,
say yes to Love,
to You,
to life!

in your life
when you feel prickly
or out of sorts,
frustrations mount,
you look for answers,
you ask for life
to give you more.
Question your questions,
release the answers,
shift your attention
to where Peace Is,
Here is what you
have been seeking,
all along your Peace
is Here,
is This.
You need not wait
for something to
happen,
Be Love happening
with Grace and ease,
You Are aligned,
complete and balanced,
Be This Awareness –
Here is All Peace.

Breathe in Love
to remember,
You Are always,
forever Peace.
You need not
earn it,
or achieve it,
within You now
is Grace and ease.
Unrest or chaos
may be present,
you will navigate
this in life.
Find your respite
believing, knowing,
within is your
eternal Light.
Marvel at the
glowing moon,
lighting up an
ink-dark sky.
You Are This –
Love’s radiance,
peacefully sharing
your eternal Light!

Love continues,
supporting,
growing,
even as you grieve
beloveds passing on,
yes in life
one’s physical presence
is mightily missed –
but Love is not
done.
As You Are spirit,
Here and Now,
are you not connected
to All you Love,
know This Love grows
in all dimensions,
believe This Truth –
below is as above.
There is no gap,
hearts intertwined
cannot be separated
or split in two,
know as a Team
you grow together,
across all realms –
Love is Here with
You.
Be empowered by
This Truth,
you are never alone
or by yourself,
stand tall in this belief
and know,
Peace is Here with All
and All is Well!
