your egoic mind,
just one breath is
all you need,
with intention,
sense This Stillness,
Here is Love that
never leaves.
If at times you feel
disconnected,
return Home at
any time,
here on earth
noise and static
seem to rule,
but Love calms and
quiets the mind.
In This Stillness
Here You Are,
This vibration
never leaves,
tune into your
eternal Home,
Here is All
you ever need!

You need not deny your
human emotions,
but might you observe
once removed,
your egoic mind
may have reactions,
but You as Soul
are watching too.
This bit of space
can be the difference
between feeling lost
or seeing Truth,
yes, life brings myriad
experiences,
but your Peace need
not be lost too.
As an observer
there is no judgment
and might you see
with greater clarity,
looking for happiness
in the external
may set you up
with many needs.
There is a constant flow
within you,
Here is where Joy
fully resides,
open to this flow
as Love eternally
is Here inside.
This is not an either-or,
your human self needs
Love and care,
but You as Soul,
as Love’s observer,
accompanies you
always Everywhere!

You may have judgment
on what is flow,
based on what you may
currently know,
what if what you need
is not created yet,
are you placing Peace
on what you expect?
Yes it is hard to not
get your way,
go within to You –
what does your soul
say,
beyond your deadlines
is what may flow next,
working on its timing,
not quite ready yet.
Life is a changing
kaleidoscope,
if resistance appears,
try to let that go,
be open,
be curious
and Be amazed –
what might you
and life
create today!

You Are Love’s Light,
complete and holy,
see your Self as
you are seen above,
you are experiencing
the human condition,
but You Are a shining
Beacon of Love.
As you release the
ego’s constructs,
may you sense more
of your natural flow,
the burdens of life
can feel so heavy,
return to You as
you let go.
With Grace,
see your Self
with new eyes,
as Peace,
bring what you can
to this world,
above all else,
shine in your knowing –
your Light is seen,
beloved,
revered!

Believe that Love
is always with you,
believe loved ones
are with you, too,
your human self
wishes for belief,
your soul,
your Essence knows
This is true.
You need not convince
your self with your
mind,
even your heart may
not be sure,
go deeper still
to your soul’s
knowing,
beyond belief
is the Eternal You.
Ego distracts and
makes a ruckus,
but You observing
know what is True,
the Peace of Love
is Here within,
and loved ones forever
are Home with You!

to any moment,
perfection is not
the goal,
release attention
from expectation,
focus as each step
unfolds.
There may be surprises
along the way,
you need not judge this
good or bad,
life presents itself
and patience may be
needed for the road
ahead.
Work with your mind
to solve any problems,
look with Love when
emotions rise,
as human you will
have reactions,
but You as Soul
are Peace inside.
See where resistance
results in struggle,
focus your energy
on other ways,
let go of changing
so much around you –
experience what is,
as You today!

Life can present
rocky roads,
ego as friction
roughs you up,
do not fret as
you are human,
but know Love smooths
your path to Peace.
Lines get drawn –
you may not notice
until you are
in defense mode,
ego looks for
confrontation,
let Love smooth
your path to Peace.
When you feel separate
seeking protection,
check your perspective,
what is your view –
breathe in surrender
to your True Knowing,
as Love smooths
your path to Peace.
Let your discomfort
be your awareness
to re-align with
Grace and ease,
in your breath
is your return,
as Love smooths
your path to Peace!

sense vibration,
This is your natural
State of Be-ing,
it takes a second,
a quiet moment,
switching your focus
from life’s thousand
things.
You need not dispel
all of your thoughts,
but when your focus
shifts to Here,
your attention aligns
with Love’s resonance,
ego’s noise is left
elsewhere.
Your beautiful mind
has many purposes,
in life use it as
you need,
but when you wish
to return Home,
Here You Are,
one breath
to Peace.

each breath you take,
the egoic mind wants to
jump ahead,
expectations,
dreams and wishes
take up all the space
in your head.
Return to your clear
Seat of Knowing,
release what you
think you need,
in This Present
does your heart now
beat out a rhythm
you can believe.
Return to This
place of comfort,
as life unfolds
each day my dear,
with Gratitude for what
your heart brings to you –
know Love is forever

You may feel there are
too few moments
when you sense Peace,
a place of rest,
but This exists within,
throughout you –
and Here
always
is Home.
It may be hard
to sense This comfort,
the human mind is
distracting, loud,
part the veil by
turning down
the noise –
and Here
always
is Home.
You need not travel
a great distance
thinking you are
not “good enough,”
you are precious,
perfect as your
natural state,
Here always Home.
Believe in You,
in your soul’s
knowing,
question belief systems
you build,
receive, embrace
This simple Truth –
Here You Are
always
at Home!
