superpower,
but do not save it
for special times,
yes it centers you
to Peace,
Love helps to calm
the noisy mind.
Is not its greatest
power – You,
Love is here experiencing
what you are,
invite and integrate
with Love,
sense the Wholeness
of Who You Are.
Direct Love’s power
to your human-ness
so Love may ripple
out,
your purpose is not
to change the world,
but to Be Wholly
what Love is about!

See with eyes full
of compassion,
question what your
mind may think,
chart old patterns,
do they not run
around in circles
and then repeat.
You as observer
Are Awareness,
see straight through
fear now to know,
no-thing can dampen
your innate Strength,
You Are a Be-ing
to behold.
Your answers dwell
within you dearest,
you need no longer
search or seek,
Be at Home,
at Peace,
rejoice as
Here You Are,
forever free!

You may feel
you are not heard,
but Love hears everything
you say,
you wish for messages
to be received,
but life shows up
in different ways.
You look for affirmation
to help you know
that you are doing
fine,
bumping up against
another may stir up
patterns from past
times.
With Love’s help
create a space
for these emotions
to feel at home,
you need not analyze
every detail,
observe and comfort
from your soul.
Return to the Center
of You,
releasing judgment
that separates,
from This Wholeness
is not healing
remembering
You Are Loved
always!

Gratitude,
let it warm you
inside out,
throughout the busyness
of life,
ground to what Gratitude
is all about.
You may react or
be drawn into
what you think may be
misaligned,
when you resonate
with Gratitude,
do not your separate
pieces fall into line?
The world and objects
need not be perfect
for you to be okay
with you,
your remembrance
of Who You Are
returns always
with Gratitude!

As Love’s creation

intend to see with
Vision today,
This is a perspective
that is not foreign,
This is You,
eternal, always.
Ego has had free
reign so long,
you may believe this
is the only way,
but your soul’s perspective
is the Real You,
experience and practice
This today.
The world is quite a
challenging place,
but Love can be found
Everywhere,
Love resides in
All Souls
even as ego masks
what you see here.
Be the Light you
wish to see
and know you do not
do This alone,
your purpose is not
to change the world,
but to remember
You All are always

recognize these layers

with Love that cannot
be measured,

are possibilities
to be explored.

Believe This Truth
about you,
from morning sun
to night-time stars,
your Light shines
eternal, constant –

All is Well.
The pages turn
upon your story,
what comes next,
what will you do,
breathe in Gratitude
within you –
Here with Love,
All is Well.
Mind may ruminate
on past and future,
accept the gifts of
Here and Now,
Peace has never
ever left you –
Be Here with Love,
know All is Well.

sense of Self,
you can come back
Here anytime,
it may be a subtle
shift,
but you can tell
there is a line.
This Place of Peace
does not pretend
that there is no-thing
going on,
the world, this life
unfolds each day,
but you as human
are not alone.
See with the Eyes
of You complete,
and when you release
what ego needs,
your natural compassion
pours from your heart,
You Are fully present,
shining so brightly.
Your soul perspective
is not a withdrawal,
it is rooted in what
is Real,
return to This,
dear precious One,
This Peace is You,

Believe in the Love
You Are.
What makes you tight,
what adds constriction,
it may be time or
preferences made,
remove the barriers
that hold you down –
release to the Love
You Are.
These are the layers
that make you feel
that you are slogging
through the muck,
lighten your load
to see more clearly –
trust in the Love
You Are.
Experiences in life
will always need
tending,
but You as a streamlined
soul can see,
without the added burdens
to carry,
Be amazed at the
Love You Are.
With a freer mind
and open heart,
there is no-thing
you cannot do,
rearrange, reset,
refigure,
realizing the Love
You Are.
Let go of “shoulds,”
“have to” and see
with eyes that see
more of the Whole,
as wholly You
now free of judgment,
know Peace and Joy
as the Love You Are!
