turn up your Light,
shine it on areas
that may no longer
feel “right”,
you are in the perfect
place to Be –
looking within helps
you to see
another perspective,
a different avenue,
do you not smile,
knowing all roads
lead back to You?

But you need not be
static in your
identify,
are you not expansive
and every possibility,
the Force that breathes
you
is what the Universe Is –
and are you not a
beautiful part of
All Of This?

Change your patterns
that have moved you
along,
do not be afraid
to sing a different
song,
sometimes baby steps
are how you need
to walk,
but might you fly
when you let go
of limiting thoughts?

Change your view,
turn up your Light,
let Love invite you
to hug yourself
so tight,
let Love brightly
color everything
you see –
dare to be every color
in the rainbow,
magnificently!

Always.

I am in the air
that you breathe,
I am in every moment
that you see,
I am in tune
with your heart beat,
is Love not there,
always?

The heart knows
that Love is here,
it may at times feel
broken,
battered,
bare,
but what knows
that I am here –
your heart,
always.

Love Is Eternal,
it never ends,
when you are ready,
Love helps you begin,
tune into you,
into the Love within,
together
we are,
always.

I am You
and You Are me,
connected with Love,
we will always be,
meet me in your
heart,
where Love Is We,
We Are One,
with Love –

in any and all things,
when the purpose
Is Love.

Whatever the work
you do,
or situation you
find yourself in,
might it not
be purposeful,
when the purpose
Is Love?

And in any relationship –
it may be smooth,
or get under your skin,
you need not change
the other person,
but might it help you
to find the purpose
of Love?

And though you
may not know why,
(yes, you have questions
in all you do) –
might any question
have an answer,
when the purpose
Is Love?

Whether you do things
on purpose,
or react to what
life can give,
can you let Love
guide you back
to center,
as you find
your purpose
Is Love?

Be purposeful,
Be present,
Be at Peace
with Who You Are.
Let your heart
tune into your
Essence,
your Soul’s purpose
Is Love.

Does not food taste
better still,
when you are thankful
for a meal,
when shared with
friends or family,
does not the experience
make your heart swell,
when you are filled
with Gratitude?

Choose any moment
throughout your day,
from the spectacular
to the mundane,
does not the experience
feel the same,
when you take it in
with Gratitude?

Is there not more Love,
do you not feel light,
when your grateful heart
lifts you up so high,
when you send Gratitude,
is Love not sent, too –
if the gift is Love,
is it not wrapped
in Gratitude?

When you wish to activate
the Love in You,
does it not turn up
when you are filled
with Gratitude,
it could be small
or something that
feels huge,
you acknowledge the
Love You Are,
with Gratitude.

Find a room that
is safe and warm,
where Love is the
comfort worn,
like a soft blanket
you can wrap around,
in the quiet,
Love is the only sound,
where is this room
you may ask,
intrigued,
it resides in the heart
of You and Me.

Who Are You
and what do you know
of Love?
I Am You
and all that you
dream of –
you can meet Love
in any room you
wish to be,
by loving You,
may you Love All
that you see,
nurture this space
where you can truly
Be –
You, feeling loved,
Be-ing Free.

Find a room
where you invite others
in,
share this space
where Love is what’s
happening,
do not worry if it
overflows,
Love always knows exactly
where to go,
there is no limit
to what Love can
connect you to.

Any space with Love
is safe and warm,
connect,
build on
to any dwelling
you live in,
your heart,
your breath,
is what Love builds here,
but Love lives on
be it Here
or be it There –
in the quiet,
listen softly to
its Truth –
Love is All
There Is
and Love Is You.

When you look outside
at nature,
seeing the beauty
that it brings,
it is not hard
to find it –
Here Is Love.

When a loved one
smiles at you,
your eyes meet
in mutual thought,
you can feel it
as you see it –
Here Is Love.

When you hold the door
for a stranger,
catch their eye
as acknowledgement
is shared,
when you see each other
as fellow humans –
Here Is Love.

When you are triggered
by news or stories,
as you go within to
find the button pushed,
is it not you who
is asking for it –
and Here Is Love.

The more you Love
all aspects of you,
accept and allow
giving you room
to breathe,
is each breath
not a mantra
that tells you –
Here Is Love.

Whether you look outside
or within,
when you do not know
where to begin,
start at the Truth
and repeat again –
Here Is Love.

Remember
so you may know,
know so you may
remember.

Precious memories
are available
in your mind,
in pictures taken,
in keepsakes treasured,
do they not help you
to remember,
you from before,
loved ones that
you miss,
friends from afar –
in the physical world,
do not things that
you touch,
when they appear
to be not here,
do you not miss them
oh so much?

But when you shift
to your heart,
is the bond not
still as strong,
yes, you miss close
physical hugs,
when you think someone
has “gone”,
the Love That Is You
does not fade as
time goes on,
indeed as Love Is
timeless,
is it not Love
that carries on?

Yes, you can re-member
what you think
you have lost –
but is it not
knowing,
that reminds you,
You Are Everywhere
at once?
Far beyond your
physical body,
is You always
with Love,
you are always together
with those you wish
to dream of.

Remember
so you may know,
know so you may
remember.
You Are part
of the loving Whole –
and with Eternal Love,
always together.

Is life not sometimes
like a balloon,
that is filling up
with air,
with the right amount
is there not lightness,
floating along with
not a care,
but sometimes with
added pressure,
does not your balloon
stretch out a lot,
do you not feel that
if more is added,
it may reach its max
and pop?

Yes, there are ways
to navigate this,
to relieve pressure,
or let off steam,
but can you take this
a step or two further
and see beyond the balloon
and what that means?

As the balloon can
only hold,
so much air,
it has limited space –
can your perspective
of you
go beyond this finite,
limited place –
as you are the
air you breathe,
as you are That
which fills you up,
even as you can touch
the boundaries
of what you think
is all there is –
since you are much more
than the balloon,
can you shift your
perspective
beyond your “limits”,
to the Limitless Universe?

Yes, you can imagine
your balloon even bigger,
to be a container
for all of the air,
or can you see
there need be no
boundaries,
can you be comfortable
knowing You Are
Everywhere?

Yes, the human
likes when there is structure,
like a balloon with
its malleable form –
it is so you may see
all of the roles
of life,
that you can
and do perform –
you may not be able
to control
all of the variables
that can fill you up,
but remember that you are
beyond what you think
is your limit,
you are the very air
that holds you up.

At times you control
the valve on your balloon –
what do you need
to be in peaceful flow,
broaden your perspective
of your innate power,
see beyond the balloon,
so you may let go –
you cannot always direct
from the balloon’s perspective,
but from the air
do you not see –
you are what breathes life
into All,
even beyond the air,
is there not Love,
are You not always
part of the Whole –
part of this Infinite Energy?

Breathe the air
you cannot see,
Be the Love
you will always
Be,
beyond your balloon
is You and Me –
Be Light.
Be Love.
Fly High.
Be Free.

Where there is friction
are there not
Sparks of Light?

As human,
are you not accustomed
to experiencing
how friction rubs,
it may be an annoyance,
an irritation,
do you not seek
the oil
to quiet the wheel,
but does not friction
set you upon
most any journey
you found yourself on,
seeking the grease,
finding Peace,
as your soul
uncovers the Love,
behind it all
and in Everything?

And is this not
the human role,
you have signed up,
part of you knows,
there will be trials
and tribulation,
is this not how
you stretch and grow –
but you are honored
upon this Journey,
you are the strongest
and the brave,
to learn as human,
to face the waves
of emotion,
conflict,
and strife,
(you may ask – why would
I choose this life?) –
but as human,
are you not Divine,
Divinely lead,
as you are intertwined
with your soul,
your Shining Light,
that accompanies you
with every step?

There will be friction
upon your journey,
let the sparks fall
where they may,
they light up
your Guiding Light
that walks with you,
every step of the way,
life is not for you
to battle,
it may not make sense
from what you see,
but your soul is
Eternally Grateful,
for lessons learned,
for Love to Be.

Yes, there is Love,
that is the purpose,
can you find it
from the Light of
the Spark?
Turn up your Light,
step in fully –
You Are
Divinely Human
with your loving heart.

The Flow of Love

There is no limit
to the Flow of Love.
Is Love not able
to permeate
any perceived
wall or barrier
you think separates
you that is “here”
or loved ones
“there,”
does not Love flow
everywhere?

Much like water
that can take on
the shape
of what it fills
and when that container
is done,
does not water
carry on –
when it evaporates,
water is not gone,
as is not water both
of earth and sky –
as Love continues
after the body “dies”,
does not Love also
carry on,
there is no limit
to the Flow of Love.

So even when you
cannot see,
can you not feel
within your heart
the beat
of Love that has
created All,
are you not together
with All you Love
right now –
no container can hold
the Love that flows
and there is no limit
to the Flow of Love.

Love Is limitless.
Love Is You.
All you have loved
still flow within You.
You Are Here
as You Are There.
Forever together
in the Flow of Love.
