the Strength of Love,
Love is what unites
and connects the All.

The world of duality
can display all sides,
you recognize cruelty
because compassion
You Are,
may your senses be
fully engaged,
do not look away –
stand tall and share
your heart.

Your heart is Here
also for your
self-care,
gather all the Strength
you need,
flow with the healing
vibration of kindness,
compassionate Love
sets All hearts free!

Hold space for
another,
and as they do
the same for you,
do you not All
rejoice in This,
behold the Joy of
Love flowing through.

As you rejuvenate
and ground,
may Love’s foundation
feel safe and firm,
now try on new ideas
and ponder,
what fits,
what doesn’t,
Love helps you discern.

You are not alone
upon your journey,
make sacred connections
along the way,
and always at your
Core of Be-ing,
is You, Beloved,
so loved,
always!

Soul to Soul

In life you worry
over details,
what to say or
what to bring,
whatever you are doing,
Love is All and
Everything.

Relationships become
entangled,
egos know how
to tie knots,
ask the angels to help
you loosen these –
allow Love to connect
the dots.

With your heart so
fully open,
release past stories,
let them go,
in This Present –
Be Love Wholly,
forever connections
are soul to soul!

Your Body of Light

In life,
relationship with body
can be a roller-coaster
ride,
when it is well you
feel at Peace,
illness, emotion
can send you low
or high.

In Truth,
you know you are
more than body,
but you need not
turn away from it,
is it not a miraculous
being –
your earthly ride
to experience This.

Yes the ups and downs
may be exhausting,
but give some Love to
your carriage here,
a showering of Love
will fill its tank,
does it not work to
heal you, my dear?

Might you Love this body
as it ages,
you are intertwined
throughout this life,
are you not a miracle
of Source experiencing
All of This in your
body of Light!

it is Who You Are.

Instead of looking
for the Light,
Be the Light.

Shine as your Self,
today.

Sense the rhythm
of the trees,
walk to this beat.

Be in awe of the
blue sky,
let it teach you
to fly.

Listen to a beloved
pet,
Love has no words.

You are not who you
*think*
you are.

You simply Are.

With Tender Strength

Show up this day
with a softened
heart,
life can push people to
respond with force,
power struggles keep
distractions high,
might energy be used
for deeper growth.

The human condition
is a push and pull,
might your tender heart
reach another’s today,
still stand up for what
you believe
and allow your heart
to lead the way.

Be a strong Voice of
compassion dear,
sometimes in life a
heart becomes hard,
Love’s true Strength
flows from a softened
heart,
allow yours to meet
another’s –
where they are!

This Journey

is lined with Love,
guides and angels
Light the way,
loved ones accompany
you on This path,
they are always but
a heartbeat away.

May your breath
Be a meditation,
This Journey is not
to be analyzed,
beyond words or
questions is This
Ancient Peace that
you have remembered
so many times.

You walk This Journey
in linear time,
but You Are always,
forever Home,
open your heart,
receive This Love,
in the arms of angels –
You Are Loved so!

the quiet –
Be the stillness.

Don’t search for
all the answers –
Be the answer.

Don’t look for
perfect vision –
Be the Vision.

Do lead with
Love and kindness –
You Are This.

Do marvel at
life unfolding –
You Are Marvelous.

Do share your Light
with others –
You Are All Light.

Shine on,
beautiful soul,
shine on!

The Whole of You

Listen as your body
talks to you,
where do you flow or
might you constrict,
fear or anxiety may
give you clues
for you to dive in
deeper yet.

With no judgment
now set a table,
invite in what wishes
to be seen,
parts of you that you
think are shadow,
now seen in Light are
what sets you free.

Ego is a master at
keeping secrets,
it wishes to hide
from you what
You Know,
these parts of you
that you think are
shadow,
is ego hiding the Truth –
You Are Whole.

There is no way to
break up your
wholeness,
use Love’s Light
to see This is True,
with loving eyes,
see what you thought
was hiding,
now in This Light,
welcome the
Whole of You!

It’s ok to be you.

And as you ponder
how that feels,
might you surround
your self with Love,
look in the mirror,
see no judgment,
with Eyes of Love –
Love you.

Life unfolds in
myriad ways,
you cannot control
events in a day,
your warrior self
is survival-based,
release the struggle –
Peace Be with you.

Here is your Strength,
Love is your Power,
you have no-thing
dear to prove,
soak This up
with no conditions –
Believe Love and
Be You!
