where you are.
There is no deserving
hoop to jump through,
you need not fret
that Love has left,
no matter where you
think you are in life –
Love always meets you
where you are.
In fact you are
not separated,
Love is not a destination
to reach,
with space and time
collapsing in Truth –
Love always Is You
where you are.
Turn the tables on
your perception,
Be You as You always
are Here,
Be the witness as
True Awareness,
Love always Is –
Where You Are!

is flowing through
all things that
you do.
When in doubt
let Love unfold
Be open to what
comes through.
It may not be
what you asked
for,
but timing is an
earthly thing.
When you release
expectation are
you not now
open to
Everything.
Be surprised, amazed,
Be a smile of Love,
spread This to everyone
you meet.
Your heart soars high
when you allow
Love to truly
set you free!

Wake up the Joy that
flows through you,
what moves you to
This Now,
it may be music or
walking with the
trees,
it matters not the
where or how.
This Joy is meant
to be shared,
these connections help
you All know,
souls together can
never be contained,
this is why you
Love this Flow.
Follow your heart,
it beats a rhythm
that moves you to
Joy’s open space,
sing or dance
or smile to share
This Joy –
and watch it Light up
every face!

You need not think
about your breath
for Source to breathe
life into you,
but when you
join breath with
your presence,
This Present Moment
helps you sense You.
You need not experience
any realization,
no-thing may change
or be revealed,
but You as the changeless,
eternal Presence
is within each breath,
timeless and Real.
In life spend time
in this timeless Truth,
sometimes it seems
it is out of reach,
but as you join breath
on the inhale,
Here You Are,
present and wholly
free!

Be One with trees
and sky above,
You Are All of This
and more,
receive the wisdom
of This Moment,
Peace flows as you
open all doors.
Your expansiveness
is constant,
you get small glimpses
as human here,
you can experience This
more often,
when you see You
in the Everywhere.
Behold This Peace,
embrace Awareness,
there is no-thing that
you must do,
as This Truth expands
Love and Peace flow
freely throughout
the Whole of You!

Love can cross any
and all barriers
that the ego puts
in place,
the world exists with
many actors,
experiencing their reality
upon this stage.
Though the scripts may
be all different
with many conflicting
and disparate views,
Love remains forever
constant,
available to All
as Love is You.
Understanding can be
complicated,
ego works hard to
defend,
Be your Truth
as you find
common ground –
This Love that has no
beginning or end.
Come to This Field
where souls meet
beyond what ego
brings up to
release,
be you fully human
in earth’s experience,
Be You Love
unconditionally!

In a world of heartache
and derision,
Love may seem sometimes
to hide,
ego’s cloak can feel
so heavy,
as despair and angst
bubble up inside.
The veil of life
is a perception,
You Are stronger
than you think,
tend to the wounds
that come up for
healing,
beyond your thoughts
is Love eternally.
The world is made up
of many egos
and Love Is Here
beyond this veil,
the heart of your soul
is never hiding,
Here you can know
that All is Well.
Be a Beacon of Light
for someone,
someone is every one
you see,
behind every ego
Love is shining,
Be Love’s remembrance
and set Love free!

Be a Wave of Love
that washes over
the shore willing
to share,
water and sand mix
together,
a new creation for
earth to wear.
There are a multitude
of patterns
that come together
in perspectives
of life,
but those woven with
strands of Love shine
with the Strength
of eternal Light.
Shine your Light,
it knows where
to go,
may it fill in where
there is a need,
You Are One with
Everything,
the sand,
the shore,
the wave,
the sea!

with you.
You as human
are connected,
You as vessel know
what to do,
Love honors your
experiences,
All of This is Love
flowing through.
Loosen constrictions –
that is fear,
Be bold,
Be You,
in your Truth,
Love is your greatest
cheerleader,
believe and yes –
trust in You.
You need not prove
to Love your essence,
Love is This Essence
that flows through,
in Love’s relationship
you are always Home
and Love delights
Be-ing as You!

are observing,
only Peace and Love
Are Here,
your human experiences
may bring distraction,
but You, Awareness
are always clear.
You need not convince
your human mind,
that is the ego’s
point of view,
You as Awareness
see This Truth,
Your I Am presence
knows This as True.
Awareness is not
a part of you,
it is All of You
at once,
when you contemplate
I Am,
there is no explanation –
only You as Love!
You Are Love Now
