physical presence,
life is now not ever

but you and loved ones
do not cease,
they flow through you
in this plane.
Feel your Strength rising

Be empowered by

beyond this world,
anchored by those
you Love so dear!

Just Be You.
At any moment
of any day,
do the best that
you can do.
Some days are glowing,
some are so tough,
the body rises,
the body rests.
At any moment,
you dear shine –
whatever you do
is actually your
best.
Give yourself a hug
and mean it,
pat yourself upon
the back.
Love thanks you for
the experience,
You Are so Loved –
believe in That!

to do.
You wish to release
old patterns that
keep coming up to
be seen or heard.
See with the Eyes
of One Who Loves,
hand it over –
Love knows what
to do.
Release the need
to analyze –
this engages ego
to “fix” what you
think failed.
Dissolve old stories
you no longer need,
trust and believe –
Love knows what
to do.
You may wake up
with a new-found
lightness,
wondering where did
the heaviness go?
Maybe an old story was
lovingly transmuted,
Be Gratitude that Love
knows what to do!

Clear the air –
your Peace is calling,
release and lighten
your burden dear,
step outside of
the ego mind,
free from judgment
and old fear.
Old paradigms may
try to stay,
but with awareness
you see them now,
they may have served
a purpose way back
when a question needed
a how.
It may feel strange
to sense your
lightness,
but why not try it
on for size,
with new-found wings
fly effortlessly
in Love’s peaceful
cloudless sky!

share a smile,
connections form through
open hearts,
as a node in this
sacred network,
you are needed as
the Love You Are.
Move your body,
play a favorite tune,
dance so free,
sing out so strong,
your uniqueness is
Love’s experience,
You Are cherished as
you belong.
See each other as
Love’s creations,
look with wonder at what
Love has made,
a tapestry of Love
woven together
connects You All
as One,
always!

Keep on singing your
Love song,
from your heart,
with everything
you do,
tell those around you
they are precious,
share a smile with
a stranger –
They Are Love too.
Be like sun beaming
through the clouds,
even stormy days have
some sunlight,
do not storms release
needed rain,
part of nature’s cycle
creating more life.
Be strong and steady
through it all,
your unique Presence is
part of a Whole,
add your Voice to
a chorus of angels,
You Are This Love and
you are Loved so!

As human emotions
can be a lot,
tossing you about
on endless waves,
you need not push
these back inside,
you need not analyze
why you feel this way.
Set human judgment
to the side,
body offers up what
it no longer needs,
observe and honor what
you have hid so long,
allow emotion to help
you release.
Your prickly parts may
wish to be heard,
asking for Love and
reassurance too,
Love with no strings
is You as Source,
comfort and cherish
the little child
in you!

care of you,
this is a most Loving
thing to do,
refresh, recharge
be it rest or play,
what nurturing things
might you do today?
Your innate presence knows
what you need,
listen to the still, small
Voice – take heed,
when ego pushes at
the wrong time,
is it not harder to
flow and align?
Send Love to body that
works so hard,
give mind a rest from
problems to solve,
trust in your soul
that has a finger
on the pulse of
All That You Are!

in your bones,
echoing through you from
generations past,
your eyes are open to
their past struggles,
but is it not Joy that
forever lasts?
Sort through the memories,
what comes up for you,
forged through the pressure
that life can bring,
honor all journeys as you
walk through yours –
do not Love and Wisdom
flow through Everything?
Sense Love’s echoes throughout
you now,
one vessel in a collective
that is infinite,
laughter and tears are
the alchemy that
connects you tenderly
to All That Is!

The world is drama
always unfolding,
egos conflicting can
be quite loud,
but do you not hear
a growing hum
of hearts opening to
This Present Now?
Is Now not where
compassion lives,
neighbors helping neighbors
is a place to start,
kindness and caring
are super-powers
that honor the Truth
of Who We Are.
Be an example,
let compassion guide,
even with others whom
you may disagree,
align and tune into
your heart,
may kindness and caring
be the Truth you heed!
