Here is Peace,
This is You,
watching what goes
on outside,
might you do
and move from
This Center,
Here is clarity,
bathed in Light.
There will be times
when what you see
is not the preference
you would like,
but You at Home
supports you always,
sharing This Peace
that dwells inside.
This waking State
of Love, of Light,
allows what approaches
to move through,
no-thing can change
the You who watches,
This is the heart
and soul of You.
Be You Awareness
in any moment,
You Are Here
through eternity,
You need not learn
This State of Be-ing,
This Is You,
forever Home
and free!

make a change,
fear not your
evolution,
Love has brought
you here thus far,
you continue as
Love’s creation.
Transformation may
bring growing pains,
use this as fuel
to grow,
release what
no longer serves
you,
so that you may
return to flow.
Continue to trust,
getting out of the
way,
tune in to help
all around,
believe in Love,
its transformative pull
beckons you to receive
and allow!

life can complicate
so much,
shine your Light,
believe in Love,
and as This Love,
may you trust.
Be an observer
to see clearly,
extend your heart
freely and far,
Be compassion
to lift another,
Be a Light of
a thousand stars.
Be simple kindness,
begin with you,
and as this ripples
within, without,
Love knows always
what to do,
remember Love is
what it’s All about!

you do nothing on your
own,
in this soup of Love
Eternal,
is not Everywhere
your Home?
Relationships are
intersections,
different paths that
meet as One,
teacher, student,
All Are You,
learning and growing
with Everyone.
Resist the urge to
be in charge,
your steps are lighter
when you let go,
may you travel your
path of life
with the Peace and Grace
of your amazing soul!

trust Love.
You may resist,
old habits dig in,
your ego really
wants to win,
what might you lose,
what is there to gain,
release what ifs –
trust Love.
Awareness of thoughts
is quite a surprise,
you thought maybe a lot,
but oh my the size,
You Are the master of
your mind,
rewire, restore –
trust Love.
Old core beliefs
that set up shop,
are free to go,
bring them to the top,
with your heart
as Love’s filter,
bless them, release
and trust Love.
Do this with Love
and tender care,
release the judgments
that sneak in there,
fully, wholly
with Humility,
Be lifted now –
trust Love.
Sense this lightness,
energy now flows,
your intuition speaks
from your soul,
experience the gifts
you are made of,
always, forever,
