heart and soul,
though the body
may resist this,
the mind, beliefs
may be restrictive,
wanting everything
to perfectly fit.
Is not perfection
your Peace of Mind,
This Oneness that
flows throughout you,
when out of sorts
with balance off,
You as soul and heart
know what to do.
Be in This Flow
that sets you free,
giving expectation
a needed rest,
skip lightly upon
This Path of Peace,
invite the wonder
of what happens
next!

Relax,
rest,
know that Love
is in the still,
when you stop
to catch your breath,
is this not when
you sense
your loving will?
Yes, you love
the forward momentum
when you see what
Love creates,
now also relax
into Love’s rhythm,
and let your vessel
rejuvenate.
Like water flowing
in a river,
there are sections
that build up speed,
then a pool begins
to form,
allowing the water
to gather and be.
As you are fluid
like the water,
might you be aware
of what you need,
and know Love always
flows within you,
it is not about the
time or speed.
So relax,
rest,
when your body
tells you to –
enjoy a time of
integration,
as your soul
aligns perfectly
with you.

in angelic connections,
there are infinite layers

Love’s pure white Light
is ever-present,
might it appear to you
in various ways,
it runs through you,

it may place signs
upon your way.
You are an intersection
of the earth
that meets the sky
and far beyond,
welcome angel’s
sacred breath,
that breathes through
you,
Here you belong.
May you sense your
brilliant white Light,
may you feel the
beat of angel wings,
may you be lifted
by this Knowing of Love,
One with Love’s melody
that your heart sings.

are layers,

to get through,

you may see all
as gifts for you.
Unwrap with heart
divinely open,
with allowance of
come what may,
may you rejoice
in this true knowing –

Love says softly,
settle in,

Love is nurturing
and peaceful,

for Love to come
calling,
these Loving Arms
are yours as well,
nurture your inner voices

and wish for Love
to help.
May your breath
create this sacred
space,
shift with intention
to your Higher Self,

Behold flowers that bloom
be it storms or drought,
they find a way to Be,
their innate perseverance
is a magnificent Strength,
may you Be
This Strength
of Love.
A new-born fawn
struggles mightily
to stand,
but once it finds
its feet,
it expresses Joy
as it runs and leaps,
may you Be
This Joy
of Love.
A caterpillar eats and
finds its home,
though it will not
stay for long,
with Humility it grows
its magical wings,
Be Humility
in your growth
with Love.
A lake serene,
an ecosystem alive,
does not swan glide
in graceful Peace,
no matter the tumult,
return to This –
You Are
the Peace
of Love.

used to feeling
worry, doubt
and fear,
these become companions,
shaping paths,
they work to constantly
be near.
As You Are Spirit,
trust, belief
and openness
are Here with
you,
this energy feels
so different,
so much lighter
and full of Truth.
You need not dispel
egoic emotion,
but might you balance
with Grace and ease,
You as Spirit are
centered, trusting
that always available
is knowing Peace!

of the flow,
needing to do things
on your own,
remember Who You Are –
a drop in the vast
Ocean of Love.
But do not drops
morph into waves,
with Strength and Courage
leading the way,
moving forward in
rhythmic harmony –
waves rippling out in

And where do drops
or waves begin,
is This not a cycle
that never ends,
sense Love’s Power
flowing in You –
are you not All
This Ocean of Love.
As precious drops
create new waves,
Be a greater aspect
of You today,
always together,
are you not
One Love –

Return to breath,
center to You,
Love is a constant
that is always Here,

your feet may roam,
