You Are like sky –
a beautiful mosaic
that changes as
the breezes blow,
You Are of the earth –
grounded, majestic,
with everything you
need to grow.
You Are One with All
both seen and unseen,
You Are every song
you hear,
your heart opens
as it softens,
what moves you greatly,
what inspires tears.
Be This tenderness,
compassion,
Be the masterpiece
of Who You Are,
Be your Light shining –
One with All,
from tiny blade of grass
to the farthest star!

Newfound freedom
can be daunting,
when familiar structure
falls away,
have patience trying
out new wings –
you need not figure
all out today.
Identity is but a
gathering of beliefs
you think are
true,
dive down deep into
your Essence,
Here always is the
Core of You.
You create the chapters
in your life,
expressing various
parts of you,
continue trying on
different clothes –
some are familiar
others fresh and new.
You Are You in
any moment,
even as you change
and evolve,
Be the Author of
your next story,
experiencing the fullness
of it All!
8/13/26
Be flexible in your
endeavors,
handle what you need
when you need to,
see something familiar
in a different way,
you have myriad skills
flowing within you.
As you loosen your
expectations,
now Be in wonder at
what unfolds,
are not miracles
happening daily
when you see with the
Eyes of your Soul.
You love when things
all fit together,
but life can be
so messy too,
flexibility helps you to
glide with ease
allowing innate Peace to
ground and help you!
8/12/26
Experience today as
simply You.
Life will do as
this life does,
your mind analyzes
what next to do,
Be like a raindrop
simply Here –
experience today as
simply You.
Take a cue from nature
in any season,
it knows when to expand
or contract,
it has not judgment
on its outcome –
experience today as
simply You.
Embrace curiosity as
your palette,
what colors to create
might you choose,
let go of needing
concrete answers –
experience today as
simply You!
8/11/26
Meet another where
they are,
there is connection when
seen and heard,
a clash of wills creates
a push and pull –
remember Love needs not
a single word.
Sometimes life can
harden a heart,
but True Strength resides
in softness dear,
may your heart to heart
connections
help to remind and
remember Here.
Clashes of the mind
beget separation,
but heart connections are
soul to soul,
tune into the Strength
of your tender heart –
unconditional Love knows
where to go!
8/10/26
Listen for the flow
within,
it may be quieter
than your mind,
tune into it like
a channel,
sense the knowing when
it comes online.
When you quiet what
distracts,
your innate Essence
is always Here,
you need not travel far
to Be All that you seek –
welcome Home dear.
There are many ways
to Be in stillness,
you can choose your
favorite ones,
mind may appreciate
the break
and work with you to
get this done.
The integration of
All of You
is a magical way
to experience life,
weave the practical
and mystical threads
of you and shine
your unique Light!
8/09/26
Beyond belief is
always You.
Belief gets caught up
in life’s stories,
what is real and
what is true,
you can count on
This my dear –
beyond belief is
always You.
Belief is challenging
in the external,
the world resists efforts
to control,
but with no effort
Here is your Truth –
beyond belief is
always You.
You need not talk
your self into This,
my dear You Are
already Here,
awaken to what you
innately Know –
beyond belief is
forever You!

As you release
old programs running,
there may be spaces
that are now clear,
sit with this –
you need not quickly
fill in where there
once was fear.
Old behaviors are
so familiar,
you may wonder
who you are,
instead of falling back
to what once was –
now call upon the
stars.
Stardust is your
innate blueprint,
You Are creating
all the time,
embrace the freedom
of your Essence,
where you once walked,
why not now fly?
You need not work
to realign,
body and soul know
what to do,
trust in your Natural
State of Balance –
open and with Joy
wholly Be-ing You!
8/07/26
Ground yourself to
Mother Earth,
even as you have
wings to fly,
being integrated in
This Wholeness
helps you experience
All of life.
You may wish for
something different
than what shows up
in the here and now,
in a second something
changes,
life unfolds –
trust and allow.
But the You observing
in this timeline
is You as timeless as
infinity,
Be the experience
of life unfolding,
grounded in your
innate Peace!
8/06/26
Take a breath –
dive below the
surface,
sense and notice
emotions here,
you need not analyze
myriad details
to release, let go
and clear.
These are not problems
to be fixed,
body-mind stores history
deep inside,
unconditional Love provides
a safe space
for these emotions to
be seen and rise.
As they bubble to
the surface,
there is no-thing that
you must do,
simply Be the Loving
Witness
as to the Light they
pass on through.
Repeat as often as
you wish,
what is here ready
to transform?
Love only asks that
you say yes,
rising in Lightness –
free and re-born!
