Steady, steady,
you can count on
Love’s Foundation
to help you ground,
winds of change,
tumult and chaos
sometimes can toss
you around.

Still, still,
now with a
quiet mind,
sense All you Love
right here,
you travel upon
your journey,
but All who Love you
are forever near.

Rise, rise,
now sense your
innate Strength
that meets you
Everywhere,
You Are steady,
still and rising –
through all of life,
know Love is Here!
