Sit in the silence,
feel Love surround you,
open your heart –
Love Is There.
Look beyond the worries,
the struggles, the pain,
where is the comfort?
Love Is There.
As you take a breath
and breathe Gratitude in –
does it not fill you up?
Love Is There.
Can you create a space
to sit with You?
And when you still your mind –
Love Is There.
You may call it what you wish,
God, Source, Divine –
You Are that very Essence –
Love Is There.
And as You Are All One –
the Loved Ones that you miss,
they are as close as
your breath, your heart –

You cannot help but Be
the Love That You Are –
as You Are Loved,
can you not see –
