A tree stands
upon a rock,
barely dirt enough
to take hold,
but it is enough
for the tree
to grow –
reminding you
no matter what
or where you are –
grow where
you are planted.
Some plants
need little moisture,
some plants
grow best
in water,
adaptivity
may take
some time –
grow where
you are planted.
If a plant
cannot find
the sun,
does its
stem not
bend and reach
so growing buds
receive what
they need
to burst into bloom –
does not the
determined plant
remind you to –
grow where
you are planted.
And if you
need a change,
you are more resilient
than you may know,
can you not transplant
things that grow –
have you not
lovingly moved plants
from the dirt,
to plant again
in another place,
does not the plant
thrive and grow –
grow where
you are planted.
May you lovingly
seek what
what helps you
to grow,
to find the light
you need,
what nurtures
your soul –
no matter where
you are
or the situation
you are in –
with Love
you cannot help
but continue
to grow –
grow where
you are planted.
Grow.
Adapt.
Change.
Thrive.
