Inspired Messages – Awakening to the Love That You Are
Noticing
5/31/22
Practice Presence, Be This now, in this moment, throughout your day, let your noticing bring you Here, as you observe what comes your way.
Noticing is neutral, without judgment, it is the observer perspective of You, ego may bring up what Eyes of Love, can now gaze upon, to Love all of you.
Be This Presence, and as Loving Light, may you notice Here is Peace, holding space for your beautiful self, is how Love Loves You, eternally!
Hi, my name is Sandy. Welcome to You Are Love Now!
On my journey of Awakening, in meditation, I was nudged to begin writing what was coming through my consciousness, from my Higher Self and beyond. This happens almost daily and I have been encouraged by those who read these inspired messages to share them with a wider audience. These messages come through me, but they are received from a Higher Source than what my mind could create on its own.
I present these Poems of Awakening to you, dear soul, as we travel this spiritual journey together. And the message that I always feel from these writings? You Are Love Now. Perfect. Whole. And always so very loved. If these messages speak to you, I invite you to follow this blog so you may receive the ongoing messages as they are posted.

Noticing and Presence. Amen! ❤❤🙏🙏
Have a Love-ly Tuesday, Sandy! 💖
Practicing presence and observation is easier some days than others for me, but I have “reminders” I use when I catch myself being preoccupied with the past or what not, and so I do make progress, and it gets easier and kinda fun! For me, the trick is to recognize if my observations are becoming judgments. Then my aim is to reign that in and turn the observation to a sensory perception, and from there presence is all there is All.
