With Peace, As Grace

When you perceive 
you are spread 
too thin,
return to breath,
to Peace,
within.

When your mind 
is cluttered with 
what to do,
return Here, dear one,
return to You.

When you try to 
fit time into 
one tiny space,
remember This
Present Moment
is always filled 
with Grace.

Return to, remember
what you innately know,
your mindful breath 
returns balance 
and flow.

Do not try to fit
forever into one
small space,
Be expansive,
Be Here,
Be You,
with Peace,
as Grace.
