Believe in the 
Heart of You.

You are compassionate,
you are kind,
release other stories
in your mind,
as human it may 
be hard to do – 
but believe in the 
Heart of You.

Reactions rise,
defenses roar,
some things make sense,
others you ignore,
the external is hard 
to count on, yes – 
but believe in the 
Heart of You.

The You that watches 
life play out
is The Awareness
we are talking about,
from This Perspective
find your power Here,
rising up from the 
Heart of You.

Surrounded by Love 
you need not fight back,
your existence needs not
a counter-attack,
All That You Are,
All that you need –
is your True Knowing
of the Heart of You.

Hello Strength and Courage
always by your side,
you are a spiritual warrior
on life’s wild ride,
remember, reclaim
what is forever True –
Love’s Strength,
innate Peace,
beats in the 
Heart of You!
