One Breath

With intention,
sense vibration,
This is your natural 
State of Be-ing,
it takes a second,
a quiet moment,
switching your focus
from life’s thousand
things.

You need not dispel 
all of your thoughts,
but when your focus 
shifts to Here,
your attention aligns
with Love’s resonance,
ego’s noise is left 
elsewhere.

Your beautiful mind
has many purposes,
in life use it as 
you need,
but when you wish 
to return Home,
Here You Are,
one breath 
to Peace.
