Exhalation

Yes draw in breath,
Love fills you up,
but also remember 
to truly exhale.

In This release 
You Are transformed,
say yes to eternally 
Be-ing reborn.

In This Now moment
you are shiny and new,
the past and future
are no-thing you 
must do.

Yes breath in Peace,
exhale to know,
Everywhere and between 
is You,
your soul!
