A Foundational Peace

Here is Peace 
in between moments,
things get busy in 
the ego’s mind,
This Peace can expand
so that you can 
call on it any place
or time. 

You need not talk 
ego into Peace,
but This can Be 
your foundation 
strong,
from This Perspective
you gain clarity,
pieces of the puzzle
fall where they belong.

Ease off struggle 
when it arises,
give ego the space 
that it needs,
but know This Peace 
is Here always present,
one breath,
one remembrance
is All that 
you need!
