A Simple Return

Return to breath,
return to heart,
when the mind 
is on a roll,
may the present
help you tune in,
bridging your above
to you below.

Waters may be choppy 
upon the surface,
change and transition
are part of life,
find Peace and solace 
diving deep,
this remembrance reminds
You Are This Light.

When you crave 
simplicity,
when you need a break
from the tumult here,
return to breath,
return to heart,
Here is your wholeness,
fresh and clear!
