This Breath

Breathe in deeply 
with no time or 
place to be but 
in This Breath,
merge yourself into
This Moment,
past is not here 
or future yet.

Take this break 
throughout the day,
when place or time
has you in knots,
You Are Here in
This Presence,
in this world you 
may have forgot.

Breathe in deeply,
softly, gently,
sense This Love 
that cradles you,
loved ones, angels 
meet you Here,
sense All Peace 
that flows through 
You!
