Life can get heavy,
is it not a chaotic 
swirl of humanity
that is searching 
hard,
in a world of duality,
it is easy to forget 
Who You All Are.

From the perspective 
of the ego,
survival is the 
bottom line,
rise above to 
You as Soul – 
Here is where you 
expand and thrive.

Welcome ego to 
share its fears,
these have been with you
since your youth,
now with awareness 
of You expanded,
your soul as Love 
can comfort and soothe.

You need not solve 
all the world’s problems,
center and anchor with 
This Truth – 
as you honor and 
release your fears,
Love’s Light illuminates
the Whole of You!
