With loving arms 
may you hold 
all parts of you 
now and from 
the past,
these are echoes 
of you hoping
to be seen and loved 
at last.

You have the Strength 
and Courage to do
this,
you know This Love
in your heart Here,
resist the urge to be
combative,
you need not fight
to survive my dear.

You Are treasured,
cherished dear one,
breathe in Love’s power 
that flows through,
gently gather any 
pieces missing,
rejoice that Love is
the Whole of You!
