For Peace

When chaos reigns
you are reminded,
Peace is elusive 
in this life,
be it up and down,
or right and left,
is the world’s spectrum
too big to light?

Dear ones,
to bring Light to 
the world 
is to Be One Light
within your heart,
your human emotions
may run rampant,
be gentle with you – 
a great place to start.

Be nourished by 
the trees,
marvel at a flower 
about to bloom,
allow all feelings 
to flow through you,
your human vessel 
sometimes needs 
more room.

When you are ready 
to take a breath,
Love’s steady presence 
invites you to Be,
you need not come up
with any answers,
simply Be One powerful
Presence of Peace.

These ripples flow 
even if so gently,
what does your heart 
have to say,
cut through the static 
of a noisy world,
Be a tuning fork 
for Peace today.
