Love says come back
to your breath,
Here is where
You Are always safe,
life cannot say
the same thing,
but You as Spirit
always know the way.

Honor every one
of your feelings,
they flow through
creating you anew,
may your experiences
be transformative,
as you arise in
your Wholeness,
True.

Breathe in your
Strength and Courage,
may they remind
you do not walk alone,
do not angels accompany
you Everywhere,
breathe in stillness,
may you hear
Love’s Song!
