Relax into
the Love 
You Are.

When stress is 
heightened,
you are on guard,
this is the human 
way to prepare,
your best preparation 
is to Be aligned – 
relax into
the Love 
You Are.

This is not hiding
or being aloof,
All of You is 
ready to help
and support,
when you need 
all hands on deck,
relax into 
the Love 
You Are.

A sharpened mind,
intuition ready,
your knowing 
comes out when 
you need it most,
to see with eyes 
that go beyond time,
relax into 
The Love 
You Are.

It may feel 
counter-intuitive 
to ego,
but the Whole 
of You is always
Here to help,
Be empowered with 
Strength and Courage –
relax into 
The Love 
You Are!
