Even as time unfolds
before you,
You Are timeless,
have no doubt,
yes the body tries 
to convince you
that time is important 
as it might run out.

Celebrate the 
Eternal You,
relish all experience 
that you have in life,
but know beyond time 
is your True Self,
the One that shines 
Love’s eternal Light.

Breathe life in as 
this body here,
know You expand 
beyond what you 
see,
with Faith and Trust 
in this timeless You –
experience Love
fully and free!
