All You Need

When mind is weary
from sleeplessness,
slip into your heart –
it is refreshed,
flow from spirit 
never tires,
let it lead while 
your mind rests.

And is this not 
a good way to live,
flowing from the heart
as your first choice,
would not the world
breathe more deeply,
if heart helped to 
dampen all the noise.

Breathe in Light,
Here is your power,
let your mind take 
a backseat,
Love as driver 
will guide you 
always 
with clarity and all 
the energy you need!
