Love is Here.

No matter the situation 
and there are many 
in this world,
when you wish to 
throw up hands,
remember dear one,
Love is Here.

This is not a call
to hide your head,
though respite is needed 
at times in life,
may you be lifted 
with eternal energy –
as always,
Love is Here.

Your greatest tools 
are breath and heart,
as well as your Knowing
that always Is,
regroup, realign
knowing everywhere 
you walk – 
with You dear,
Love is Here.
