Allow emotions to
help you find the
tender spots within
your self.

Trust and know
that Love knows
where to go –
in This allowance
is All help.

What cries for Love
in you is the
same battle cry
humanity shares.

May your prayer
be one of hope –
for All to feel
Love with tender
care.

As an individual
yes do go deep
to heal yourself
within.

But you are part of
a Collective healing
that invites you
to Love with
no end.

The Love you share
with another flows
from and returns to
you.

As you learn to
cherish your self,
why not share This
with the One of You!
