A Vessel Precious

Your body is a 
vessel precious,
listen to what it
has to say,
emotions, feelings 
get expressed –
what might you do
to honor these 
today.

Past paradigms may
still be running,
working so hard 
to keep you safe,
allow your breath
to reassure,
comforting your little 
child always.

With Gratitude thank
your human body
that accompanies you
throughout this life,
You as soul need 
body to experience
All of Itself as 
Love and Light!
