A Caring Heart

Turbulence is energy felt,
be it from the skies 
or earth below,
fear can appear with 
this unrest – 
as human fear can 
disrupt one’s flow.

But my dear all 
is not hopeless,
disruption can create
a response so vast,
you may ask – where 
is loving kindness,
has compassion been 
buried in ash?

Behold Love is the 
Phoenix Rising,
Love is the first 
flowers of spring,
after fire in a forest,
the nutrient-filled soil
grows Everything.

Discomfort is difficult 
by day,
it may keep you awake
at night,
but as an awakened,
powerful soul,
beam rays of kindness 
with your Light.

Remind your neighbors 
of compassion,
a polarized world may
have forgot,
hurting hearts need 
these reminders
to realign to what 
feels lost.

Here hope and your 
Strength returns,
This is a purpose that 
you can share,
in a world that has 
forgotten,
shine with compassion 
your heart that cares!
