With Ease

At any time Love
can suspend time,
as you tune in to
your innate Peace,
as you shift from 
your egoic thoughts,
Here You Are
ready to flow 
with ease.

You need not quiet the
very noisy brain,
simply turn your focus
to what is always Here,
creative expressions or
present moments 
with Gratitude,
are but a few ways 
to center and Be 
clear.

May this day Be 
a moment unfolding,
does not your Presence 
create this shift in you,
no matter the lists
that ego wishes you 
to complete,
Be Grace and ease 
as Love and Peace
flow through!
