Burning Off

When a virus appears,
the story is to fight,
body seems to put up
a good defense,
might you view fever
with body aches,
as fuel for transformation 
in the body dense.

Even when the body 
is uncomfortable,
is it not a miracle – 
this vessel of You,
honor, pamper it 
with kindness as 
you flow together 
in all that you
go through. 

In most cases,
yes this too 
shall pass,
give your body all 
the Love you can,
lean into what needs
to burn off,
body creates anew 
to house This – 
I Am!
