Be an observer 
of your life,
watch and behold ego
work and play,
duality is the structure
here,
but You as Soul expand
in myriad ways.

Time allows you to 
see the body change,
honor its journey –
what has it taught
you,
the timeless You
experiences it all,
these gifts to your soul
help it evolve too.

Live hand in hand
with you and your
soul,
shift your awareness to
your eternal Light,
Here allow judgment 
to melt away and see –
the Whole of You 
wholly experiencing
life!
