A Breath of Peace

May every breath 
be a meditation,
may awareness Be
with every move,
You Are Source having
This experience,
You Are holy 
in All you do.

Some do a walking 
meditation,
This embodiment of Peace
is a sacred prayer,
You Are This – 
you sense it as you 
watch
Love’s collective ripples
touch others Everywhere.

With intention,
Be Love’s meditation,
explore, yes – 
but find your way 
back Home,
your sacred breath 
is Here to remind,
Peace is the rhythm 
of your soul!
