Eternally Shining

Is not weather
much like life,
sometimes it is 
peaceful,
sometimes it roars,
does it not invite you
dear one,
to be patient as
it unfolds.

Do what you can to 
find sweet comfort,
you are so grateful for
shelter and warmth,
are you not more
present and mindful
when you experience 
a winter storm?

As all things do pass
in life’s timeline,
keep lessons learned 
once skies are clear,
even in the darkest months
of winter,
sun eternally shines upon you,
my dear!
