The Spark of You

Dance with moonbeams
when darkness falls,
bask in sun’s rays to
recharge, renew,
even when the sky
is cloudy,
always within is 
the Spark of You.

Move your body to 
keep it loose,
listen to what it says
it needs,
soul and body are
an integrated whole,
trust this Team of You 
and believe.

Patience is not a 
human strength,
but life is often an 
ebb and flow,
you cannot go wrong
by tracking Light –
You Are moon and sun 
shining with your soul!
