In life you are surrounded
by many walls,
ego likes to delineate 
here or there,
what limits do you place
upon yourself,
maybe overwhelmed 
with Everywhere.

Might you view walls 
as maleable,
loosen your grip on 
this or that,
might this new year invite
expanded growth –
so that you need not feel
small and then contract.

Use your Voice to 
see more clearly,
may your breath center 
you with ease,
beyond walls is your
True Home,
remember and experience 
you flying free!
