Grounded Strength

Combating fear invites 
you to control,
a natural reaction in 
the human plane,
but gripping tightly 
ties you in a knot,
control is like holding 
sand that slips away.

Focus on your grounded-ness,
your innate Strength,
even when the world
goes swirling by,
your roots are strong
anchoring you dear,
may your breath bring
Presence 
as knots now untie.

Set your expectations 
to the side,
drop your defenses and 
need to be right,
Be porous
and trust that 
your Soul is Here,
illuminating next steps with 
Love’s clearing Light!
