Take in what arises 
before you,
set expectations to 
the side,
breathe in Presence –
Here You Are,
going with the flow 
on life’s wild ride.

Yes prepare as you 
are able,
but know control is like
holding sand,
you may try to tighten
your grip,
but this takes energy 
from what is at hand.

Honor reactions and 
emotions strong,
as human, life tosses you
all about,
regain your footing in 
unsettled times,
Here in Love’s Presence,
you are safe and sound!
