This Peace I Know

Sometimes when clarity 
is hard to find,
use your Wholeness 
to sense and feel,
there are myriad ways 
to move beyond what 
ego tries to shield.

Align with energy
that so moves you,
like nature’s promise
in early spring,
losing your self in the
flow of music,
syncs you to the
Presence of Everything.

Be open to shifting
perspective,
let your soul take 
the wheel and flow,
may you glide through 
what once was heavy,
as you remember :
This Peace I Know!

  2. Thanks again, Sandy. Of course this line speaks so personally to me, “losing yourself in the flow of music, syncs you to the Presence of Everything”. because I have found my time at the piano for the past 18+ yrs is like a meditation for me, where the ‘little ego self” does ‘get lost’ and the true Self flows out (much like I suspect does your poetry. ________________________________
